Our Return Policy - Products
For products that are branded by our partners, we abide by their return policies. The following are the currently negotiated return policies per product:
- SGR does not accept returned products under any circumstances.
- Live Out Loud Products
Products that carry The Secret Ring brand may be returned within 30 days of product receipt. The following criteria apply:
- Return the item to your Community Leader
- Include your Packing Slip and copy of your Receipt
- Product must be in its original unopened packaging
- The return process can take 2 to 3 weeks to complete.
- Depending upon the reason for the return, you may have to pay for the return shipping to our distribution center.
- After The Secret Ring receives your returned item, you will either receive credit or the replacement item you specified.
- Gift returns are credited to the original purchaser's payment method
Our Refund Policy - Services
For services branded by our partners, we abide by their return policies. The following are the currently negotiated return policies per product:
- Your Entity Solutions - Access to the YES questionnaire is free.
In general, once a service is delivered there is no refund provided. Before a service has been delivered, the following refund policies apply.
- The refund process can take 2 to 3 weeks to complete.
- After The Secret Ring receives your refund request, you will either receive credit or the replacement product or service you specified.
- Gift returns are credited to the original purchaser's payment method
